I've been a repeat customer at Ivanhoe Nails & Beauty for several years now and I couldn't be happier. I love the SNS nails I have done here. I have never had a bad experience or wonky nails. The team are super busy and juggle the load professionally and with a smile. Importantly they never rush and cut corners to a good job even when under pressure. My nails always seem to last longer than they do when I have tried other salons.I regularly travel way out of my way just to get my nails done here. I now won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic environment, service and attention to detail. Sarah and her team go out of their way to accommodate clients; my mother, my self, my children all clients of the salon. Excellent execution of nail design whether it be art, acrylics or tips, SNS or shellac or polish. All which I do, depending on my desires. I attend fortnightly and overheard and just the other day another customer enthuse how competitive the prices are, having saved over $20 by attending instead of a competitor. It is a wonderful full service to receive other body care treatments, have a chat with your neighbouring client or relax with your headphones in the massage chairs while you have your treatments. This salon has had many managements over the years and Sarah is the elite of those executives. She is endearing, proficient and professional and generous in her services. I only advise you book as she is often very busy.

Sarah and her team do a great job of making you feel welcome, and make sure you are completely happy with the result before you leave. I get my nails done here every few weeks and they are always asking exactly how I would like it and insist on taking the time to make sure I am 100% happy. If you want a beauty service that you know will look after you, this is the place to go.

Have been three times now - and third strike. Poor customer service attitude, poor skill set and poor quality control.Got shellac done and nail polish was bumpy and poorly applied. Girl said “it was just the light” - but everyone else I’ve shown can see clearly the roughness of the surface of the polish. Wasn’t prepared to argue with her, paid and will not go back. Too little attention to detail and application. Not recommended.

Wonderful service received today. I got SNS on my fingernails. They were very friendly and checked to see if I was happy with my colour, length and shape. They were very happy to change based on my feedback. Good price as well.

Good service ever! I have come their twice to do my nail, they have provided me with a lot of option to choose which suit for my hand shape btw, all the staff is very nice and friendly to me.

I would NOT recommend visiting this salon.New staff, unhygienic practice, interaction poor including skill base.I won't go back.One star is too generous!
