Be careful if Sonia is on the counter….she is very rude and belligerent. Should not be in customer service positionYesterday we were in Lavington for an air and I spent nearly $145 stocking up on clothes for autumn, some were $20 and 3 were off the back wall which was advertised at $20 each or 3 items for $40. When I got home I noticed that one item was size 20 so today took to wodonga shop to change for size 18…just a swap. When I walked up to counter there was no greeting I spoke first saying excuse me I would like to change article for size smaller. She Sonia grabbed dockets and starting quizzing me how I got charged $15 for new stock the was marked $45. I explained the deal at Lavington and as I was explaining she started to talk over me, until my husband stopped her. She the picked up phone and called Lavington store, then hung up and said you have to take it back there. We are in our late 70’s and don’t get over there from Wodonga much, she answered well you have to. We turned and walked out and on the left coming out of shop I noticed same item in the size I requested there on rack, and turned back and said here it is. Could you not please exchange it. We were greeted with “ I’ll call security if you don’t get out of shop”This shook us both up and as we came out of millers, ladies going in heard it and commented they won’t go in there again.Please get staff that can be pleasant to the customers I will not go back into there again, and have purchased so much from that shop
