CplusC Architectural Workshop have worked with Windoor to provide bespoke timber door and window solutions for almost two decades. Custom designing every element of every door and window on our clients’ projects involves working with highly sustainable natural materials and the best craftspeople and fabricators in the industry. Producing custom made timber doors and windows requires a collaboration between highly skilled designers, specifiers and fabricators dedicated to outcomes that are specifically tailored to each project, the local environment and the functional, thermal, acoustic, aesthetic and sustainability performance each project we are involved. Most professionals today prioritise ‘convenience’ above quality. In my experience the most significant elements of a project are those that allow light, access, spatial connection, ventilation, outlook and warmth….these elements are the doors and windows. They have the most significant impact on the sustainability of a project and the enjoyment of the occupants in the long term. Whilst it may be convenient to make decisions on the basis of glossy product catalogues and ‘product’ salesmen, both Windoor and CplusC operate for our clients and their projects’ benefit.

I would (and will!) use them again without hesitation.We recently built a new home and used Windoor for all our windows and doors. It was a very complicated project with many incredibly large panels. From the outset, Windoor was the most competitive with their quote, and the easiest by far to deal with. They delivered everything on time with the highest of quality, and when we discovered a minor issue with one of the windows, they replaced it immediately without question. Very few companies know what customer service really should look like, and they could all take lessons from Windoor.
