It's been highly entertaining watching this newboi descend from enthusiasm into sheer rudeness over the years. Now any basic question just about triggers a heart attack and even a few muffled insults behind my back. We all saw what that dank cell of a space transformed the last fatboi into and what do you know, it's happened again.

I am so happy to recommend the Glen Iris Post Office. The family who run the PO are so friendly and helpful. They are also up to date with all postal information. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Although I have moved from the area, I always try to drop in when I can.

Kind, helpful, honest service. The old men that owned it previously were worthy of one star, but the Asian family that now own it are A+. They even have their son working parcels! Very impressive real world experience for the young dude.

I LOVE this post office! I live just around the corner from here and use this post office all the time. To pick up parcel, deposit money into my bank account, posting mail and parcels and even dry cleaning! The family who run the place is absolutely the nicest people, very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable as well! I am so glad this is my local post office!I believe the previous owner might be a bit dodgy, but it's safe to go back now! Give the new owner a go! :)

They lost my package.And yes, I blame it purely on this post office - I knew it was dodgy from the word go. Can't even begin to describe how poor the service was. And now I have an expensive item lost in the system. Hopeless - Australia Post really need to perform some kind of quality control on their franchisee's

Nice roomy interior and interesting items for sale but most unhelpful young woman behind the counter. Had to submit a parcel for send off and she was just not interested and just glowered at me if I dared to ask a question about it. Everything was too hard for her and she made it quite obvious and noticeable to all in the queue also, that she did not want to be there,never mind vaing to deal with customers (God forbid). Suggest she find another job and stop bringing AustPost down.

A great post office. I have lived in the area for 4 years and agree that the old owners were rude and slow. The new family who have taken over are fantastic. They are all friendly and will greet you with a smile, very knowledgeable and efficient. I'm sad to be moving and losing the great service.

My parcel is in NSW when sent to Mel. I can drive to Mel office and it will be 14mins to deliver. Its been 6 days and it is still in NSW.Stupid person on counter did typo is my postal code. Instead of typing 3008, she dis 2008.Please be careful when dealing with them. Go to Camberwell if you can.
