Words cannot describe how amazing property manager Bec from Homesmart is. I have been stressing about having to move for many months and I honestly feel like it has all been worth the wait for me to have found a property through Homesmart. Bec goes above and beyond, not just for me as a tenant but to ensure the landlord/property owner is also happy. Heater was broken in property for 5 months in winter, told the company so many times and they made absolutely no effort to get it fixed at all the whole time. Seriously avoid renting through here
