I use the Parcelpoint service that Kennards offers to return packages.It’s a great service, easy to use, great price and quick delivery.I get a email when the package is lodged and another when it’s delivered. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They have many different locals so it’s very convenient and opening hours are great, they are even there on weekends!Highly recommend

Moving house is a stressful process. I was lucky to encounter Leanne who was calm attentive and helpful. I was very happy with the process of getting all my supplies for moving house , boxes bubble wrap tape. Pens etc . Everything I needed to make the packing process simple. When i returned the used moving boxes Leanne was there again to buy back the used boxes (and squeaked me in just as she was closing !)

The whole process was flawless from the initial booking to moving out. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There is easy onsite parking and trolleys available to transport goods for storage. There is a wide lift, packaging materials available to purchase onsite and long opening hours for access. I highly recommend using this facility.

Highly recommend for your cardboard needs (as well as for returning used boxes, which are then donated to charity!) Have been here a few times and Leanne has always been super friendly.

Lovely lady at the front desk (sorry I didn’t catch your name) who went out of her way to help me with my Parcel Point return when Amazon mixed up the return method. Will go here from now on for my returns, as they are much more reliable and there’s easy parking out front too!
