A huge thank you to Simon and his staff for graciously supporting getting our 1974 Classic Citroen DS23 back up and pumping after suffering a cataclysmic clutch cable failure on Saturday morning . What a great group of guys . No wonder he is not short of business by the number of cars arriving for treatment though out the day .

Absolute nightmare to deal with, had next to none communication, and went and added a $70 extra charge on my bill for scanning simple fault codes witch i never asked for or had a phone call to verify if I wanted him to do this just went and did it at his own leisure, he also didn't use the oil I supplied for service behind driver seat, so had to fork out an extra $94 dollars for oil i didn't need, also never rang me to verify if I had oil or not in the car for the service, as I did supply all the oil air and fuel filters, witch he knew were in the car so why would he have not rang me or checked in the back seats for the oil prior to carrying out the service I won't be using this shop ever again absolutely appalling will be going back to my trusted mechanic at protec mechanical repairs in Taree who scans fault codes free of charge and actually communicates and makes the effort to call me before doing anything without my knowledge i just figured I'd give this shop a go since it was closer to me and had good reviews witch are probably just fakes & mates no doubts.

Found ourselves in trouble half way between Canberra and the Gold Coast with a leaking heater core. I describe my issue to the guys at Coastal Automotive Repairs Forster and they were able to diagnose it over the phone and even managed to fit me in the same day despite an already busy schedule. The guys bypassed the issue and we were back on the road that afternoon, all for an affordable price.

Ran into mechanical trouble heading home down the Princes Hwy. Coastal Automotive we’re willing to take a look between services, clearly knew what they were doing and had us back on the road within the hour. Obviously a well run business employing good mechanics. Very grateful for their assistance.
