Wow! Just solved my problem over the phone there and then. So patient and yet so quick. Had been struggling with it for some time despite taking the laptop for support elsewhere previously. Didn't even charge me for it - told me to come back again for help when I needed it. Amazing service. Will definitely be back if I have any future IT issues or need support.

Justin Mulligan compared to numerous other IT practitioners has proven to be a breath of fresh air. He is very well familiar with handling even first time unusual problems and issues, always in a confident and purposeful calm manner. He charges excellent fees and offers a personal home visit as well as a remote support service at different more than fair rates. In short, I can personally highly recommend Justin's services in every way and feel that at long last, I have professional back up to all my oft recurring IT problems and as such will never be without permanent use of my various devices,

Justin at Hallelujah IT is heaven sent and deserves more than 5 stars. I found him online desperate for some remote support for my home business IT setup. He answered immediately and was able to troubleshoot and reassure my concerns along with tidy up a few things along the way. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Justin you are the best.

Can't talk more highly of Justin. We had issues at our Brookvale Showroom that had been ongoing for almost three months. He resolved them in less than two hours where our previous IT company had failed to do so in months. Very professional, on time and superb IT knowledge and skills, you can't ask for more.

Justin came to our aid when we were in emergency mode - losing an important document on our computer. He assisted us remotely and was on the phone for approximately an hour. Unfortunately the data was irretrievable, and for this reason he didn't charge!!! Unheard of!!! He took us through a better and safer method to save the information for future reference. He has been added to our 'SOS' list for future help!! Generous with his time and guidance. Great service - thank you.
