Buyer beware. They do not honour manufacturer warranty. 3 month old Jordans fell apart and they said they cannot do anything. Let's see how it is when I apply to vcat and it costs them 5k. Unprofessional. Go direct to nike or adidas to shop. Don't bother with jd.

My recent visit (20-06-2023) to JD Sports at Epping Plaza left me thoroughly disappointed and disheartened. The overall atmosphere in the store was far from welcoming, and the staff members' behavior was incredibly condescending. It felt as if each employee had an angry expression plastered on their faces, and their negative body language only amplified the unpleasant experience.From the moment I entered the store, I sensed an unwelcoming vibe that permeated throughout. The staff members seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist customers, which made me question why they were even working there. Their lack of enthusiasm was evident, and it made it difficult for me to approach them with any questions or concerns.Moreover, their condescending attitude was truly off-putting. It seemed as if they believed they were doing customers a favor by being there, rather than providing a service. I encountered one particular staff member who was outright dismissive and patronizing when I sought help with finding a product. Their tone and demeanor were extremely disrespectful, leaving me feeling belittled and unimportant as a customer.The negative body language exhibited by the staff further contributed to the unwelcoming environment. They appeared disengaged, crossing their arms and avoiding eye contact. It was as though they were making it clear that customers were an inconvenience to their day. Such behavior only reflects poorly on the store's management and the overall work culture.As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when visiting any establishment, and sadly, JD Sports at Epping Plaza failed to deliver. The staff's condescending attitude, unfriendly expressions, and negative body language created an atmosphere that was far from pleasant. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of customer service, which ultimately deterred me from making any purchases or even considering a return visit.I hope that JD Sports takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary changes to improve the customer experience at their Epping Plaza location. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and should feel welcomed in any store they choose to visit

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Plenty of staff but they prefer to stand around talking to each than help a customer. Horrible! And I work in retail.

First time visit for sports shoes. Amazed at the new and high end shoes from well known brands. These were not even available at the named brands own shoe ships in Uni Hill, Bundoora. Happy with the sales team too. Unlike some other stores, the team is awesome. Went to buy a pair and ended up in buying 2 pairs of the same in different colours. One was on special. Will be back.

Rude people! I went with my son to get his clothes he wanted for his birthday present. When I asked if he could use the change room to try on the pants the lady said “no we close in an hour “I went somewhere else and bought the clothes. When I went back to complain to the manager they were letting people in the change room. Very disappointed in the service considering we had driven an hour to get there. I won’t be back. $300 spent elsewhere their loss!!!

For 2 days I have been trying to call the store to save me the trip of going there and finding out the shoe size I was after was not avail, on hold for 1min then the phone line drops out, tried numerous times same outcome...seriously JD get your act together, one bad review after another!

I never write reviews for anything but the service and staff at this place were horrendousThey seem to just be one big social club that seem inconvenienced by your presence as a customerNever seen a whole shops staff be so disinterested and unenthusiastic. I went to a competitors store in the same centre and they said they receive customers from here all the time citing the same reasons I've mentioned hereWould not recommend! Go literally anywhere else.

So rude and ufriendly staffI bought a shoescand wipes which one of the staff recommended and I asked him twice if I can return them both or no because it's a gift and he said yesToday I went for the refund and they refused to refund the wipes (the wipes not even been opened) because it's against their policy, SO WHY you don not teach your staffs all your policies???I understand the rules and policies but lying in my face made me so disappointed

Staff are rude as hell, lazy and incompetent. Shocked is an understatement, my kids weren’t even allowed to try on any shoes. Pretty sure other JD’s allows at least one shoe to be tried on. I am disgusted by the attitude, lack of knowledge and arrogance of the “kids” working there. Please hire some real adults or more competent staff to run the store.
