Response Electricians

Had an issues with my smoke alarms today and could not reccomend this company enough. Fraser who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in booking an after hours appt at short notice. Rhys the electrician who came out was on time, friendly and efficient with great service and advice. Very happy and will be using them again in future.

I contacted Response Electrical on a Thursday regarding a quote to install lighting and power sockets for an outdoor kitchen and received the quote the same day. They were able to book the job in the following Monday and arrived exactly on time.Rhys was professional and did a great job, cleaning up any mess made and ensuring drop sheets were put down to protect any floor surfaces. Despite the work taking 2hrs longer than planned the original quote was still honoured and the pricing was competitive. I will always contact Response Electrical for any future electrical work I need done.

Josh arrived on time after 4 pm on the after hours call out service. We showed him the power socket switches which had shut down which he tested these to confirm that there was a partial power outage at these points.He then opened the external switchboard and explained that he found that water had seeped in through the roof tiles which caused the the neutral bar to arc and melt the plastic covering the wires and the neutral cable controlling one of the power circuits had also completely degraded. He then replaced the neutral bar in the switch board and then retested the above sockets to confirm they were now ok.Josh is a very knowledgeable and competent electrician and we were very impressed at how quickly he was able to restore power.

My first experience with response electricians was with Fraser over the phone who was professional friendly and informative when making a booking and choosing their services. My second experience was when Chris the electrician came to do the job. Once again, just like Fraser, Chris was professional, friendly, informative, showed a lot of pride in his work. And really help someone like me who is not very tech or internet savvy. I was even contacted by Chris after he had completed the job With answers to my questions and offering further support. I will definitely be using them again.

Todd was very pleasant and efficient. He arrived on time and completed the task we had asked for very competently. Todd also made some suggestions for improvements to our power board and checked some of our other lights. He even cleaned up after completing the job!Will definitely use Response Electricians again.

Response Electricians are very responsive! I rang on a Tuesday and they were able to get straight out to me on Wednesday. I have used them previously and they always do a great job. Jack explained different aspects of the job to me, followed safety protocols, cleaned up afterwards and removed our old appliance. Thanks so much Jack. We are very happy with the lights and oven.

Had LED lights installed around my whole unit and Alex did a fantastic job in making sure everything was installed promptly and in working order. Brilliant from Response Electrician as always and thanks Alex W for getting it all sorted so quickly.

Rhys and his team were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The job of installing 2 RC aircons, ixcel fan and heater light, fixing loose tv cable point etc was done on a very short space of time with minimal disruption. Thank you again Rhys! Kristine
