Totally disappointed with the time they took to finalise my reports, lost my USB stick with all my company information when i questioned no one knew where it was and I was promised they will find it but year after and I'm still waiting for it. I never relieved the amount I owed to ATO when the reports were done, 2 years later I received which put the company under stress trying to pay it off. i called countless times to get them to finalise my reports, called few times about the usb stick and was promised they will find it but year later and still no where to be seen. when I questioned about all the problems the company took no responsibility but blamed the employee that is no longer working for them. NOT HAPPY with the dealings I had with them.

We recently acquired a business and used BCV Financial for the initial setup/structure & continue to use them on an ongoing basis. The team has been prompt and easy to work with.
