Very helpful and friendly staff in this store at Westfield Knox branch. Caelan that assisted me with my refund, purchase and at the same time provided some good advice during my visit. Caelan just make my shopping experience instore so much more pleasant. Well done!

Great place to find specific items but they are a bit pricey. The staff have fantastic customer service and were very helpful and friendly, they tried to offer suggestions when they didn't have my size in a pair of shoes. The store has plenty of room to navigate when you are in a wheelchair which is rare and fantastic.

A great range of quality clothing especially down fill jackets to choose from in a variety of styles and colors. Well worth the price. Easy buying experience as the store is well laid out and organised. We buy all our Kathmandu jackets for the family at this store. Excellent loyalty program. On every occasion friendly and amazing customer service from staff such as Ewan. At this store staff go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you're looking for ie if it's not on the shop floor they go out the back to try and find it, look up stores close by that stock the item or order it in to the store for you. 10/10 service highly recommend.

Cherie was great. Super knowledgeable about products with tips about maintenance. Gave us options but didn't try to push or upsell anything. Also confirmed our size choices which I really appreciated (I'm the type who picks up the wrong size). Good team here. A+

Best customer service we’ve seen in ages! Super friendly and competent staff and extremely welcoming (they even let us bring our puppy inside!). Also, as usual great quality clothes and good variety! thank you! :)
