Been in a few apartment buildings and still owned several properties and can firmly say that Challenge Strata Management is BY FAR the worst of all ...We owned a unit in Belle Maison, Broadbeach, since 1992 and always received the levies by MAIL and ALL of them have been paid on time, ALWAYD ... they decided last year to send them by EMAIL ONLY, without my consent, and the email got lost in the 100s email I receive daily ... I got served $600 of penalties and arrears for an honest mistake : never saw this email.Appealed and result : No special or compelling circumstances were demonstrated that would have precluded the contributions from being paid on time. No mea culpa of any sort.Stay away from them !!! EDIT !! Love the copy/paste automatic reply ... Sincere apology ?! Funny people !

My important and urgent enquiry regarding an account was handled promptly, efficiently and politely by the Northern Communities - Accounts Payable Manager TRACEY O'SHEA. Tracey kept me informed of the progress of my query every step of the way. She was able to expedite a speedy resolution by following up with other team members, back tracking and searching which resulted in the query being highlighted and resolved all within 24 hours. As I am already busy these assets have not gone unnoticed by myself or The Committee I represent. In the over eight years I have been a BC Treasurer I have dealt with CSM extensively and have always found them to be very responsive and professional. I very much like working with Tracey O'Shea in Accounts Payable of CSM. She is always prompt, cheerful and professional. Others whom I also very much appreciate at CSM are the BC Manager currently assigned to my scheme, Nathan Land, and his assistant, Ros Williams, and also the CSM Accountant, Michelle Bradley and her assistant, Gary Hurley. All of these folk are very helpful to both me, as BC Treasurer, and the Cttee more generally across a range of quite diverse, and sometimes quite complex issues.

Many Staff are response fast and helpful but issue with Body Corporate manager are no response often on time,Bill is great assistance at Challenge Strata and our invoice were been looking after great

Our complex deals with Claire Ryan. On several occasions have asked for a phone call back and it never happens. Yesterday I was told I would get a call back before COB yet again no response. Yes emails conversing is so we have a paper trail but always following through with what has been informed is always of importance. Something I learnt from one of my employers being in a customer service based industry. Keeps customer happy referrals happy and then owner becomes very popular.

Challenge Strata Management are providing us with an extremely satisfactory service. They handled the changeover from our previous strata management very efficiently.Roberto, our Manager, is very professional in handling all our Body Corporate needs. Emails and phone calls are answered promptly and requests for matters to be addressed are carried out quickly. Committee Meetings are well prepared for, run smoothly and any follow up items needing to be addressed are done so to our satisfaction. Roberto and the entire Challenge Team are very approachable, very easy to work with and have been a great benefit to our Body Corporate.
