An Exceptional Customer Service Experience with Apple Support in PerthI recently reached out to Apple Support regarding an issue with my MacBook Pro that arose after a previous repair at the Perth store. During my call, I had the pleasure of speaking with a representative named Ryan (apologies if I misheard, but I believe that was his name!). Our conversation lasted for a good hour, and I must say, Ryan's dedication and patience were truly commendable.Ryan went above and beyond to ensure that I understood every aspect of the troubleshooting process. His ability to explain complex concepts using simple analogies and clever jokes not only helped me grasp the information but also brought a smile to my face. In fact, this interaction made my day and left a lasting positive impression.While I have sought support from Apple in the past and have always received helpful assistance, today's experience with Ryan truly stood out. I want to take a moment to recognize and applaud Ryan for his exceptional kindness and helpfulness. He exemplifies what customer service should be all about.I've encountered my fair share of frustrations with Apple devices in the past, but the dedication and expertise of their support team have consistently resolved my issues and made everything better. Today's interaction reinforced my belief in their commitment to customer satisfaction.Having worked in customer service myself, I've witnessed firsthand how poorly some representatives from various companies treat their customers. However, my interaction with Ryan today served as a shining example of how businesses, especially Apple, prioritize their customers above all else. They genuinely value their customers' satisfaction, beyond just sales and profit.I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Apple team in Perth for their unwavering dedication to not only doing their job but also ensuring that customers feel acknowledged, heard, and respected. This level of care and professionalism sets a remarkable standard for customer service, and I cannot thank them enough.

Today I took my AirPods in to get checked out as they had developed a buzzing interference. I was lucky the store was not full so was seen quickly.Hannah Q looked after me and the service I received was fabulous, she checked my warranty options, did an audio check and then replaced them for new ones as they were faulty. I have to say I didn’t expect that and was really happy. Hannah was training a new lady Michaela who was also very engaged and if she learns how to deal with customers from Hannah then Apple has two great team members right there!

If I could give no stars for this store I would. Pathetic customer service, very arrogant and dismissive to our issue. After very poor tech support I asked to speak to a manager. The managers name was Cameron. We tried to speak to him about our issue and it became very apparent where the poor service and attitude is actually coming from within the team. Cameron was a very sensitive and arrogant individual who only escalated the situation. He basically accused us of being liars as to why our device was now bricked. He speculated why the fault occurred without factual evidence via event logs snd they in turn asked us to pay for apples fault. He was not willing to assist us at all. As we left the store he and the other manager stood there laughing at us as we exited the store, he thought he was very clever with this. I will never step foot in that place ever again, i hate apple products as much as it is anyway.

I want to congratulate Apple and the Perth store in particular for their excellent customer service. I find this quite rare in Perth with consistently rude service. But at the Perth Store I am always meet with genuine service and leave with a renewed confidence in Apple. I think Jobs has left a wonderful legacy of good product and service which we are all benefiting from into the future.

Although the staff is quite helpful, there are not enough people to help. It takes about 10 minutes to make anything happen, even if you know exactly what you want to buy. There is good WiFi (although they people working there say it depends on what people do with it). There are a lot of people, which makes me worried about this being a place where sars-cov-2 could spread. They do have large stock, though, basically any option of items that we were looking for was available, and the demo models allow you to try everything out in advance.

I had a bad customer service experience here yesterday when I Bought an apple watch. The guy at the express, Michael, is very rude to me. Pushing me away because he said I don't know which watch to buy. The watch was on its way but when I asked about what band colour it normally comes with, he immediately get the other lady to find someone to help me because, apparently, I Don't know which watch I need. He did not even entertain or answer that band question, but just push me away and back to the end of the line. I should have walked away but I needed to get this gift for my wife.

As always an outstanding guest experience and service delivery. Was in for an iPhone battery replacement and I showed up an hour early and they still managed to accommodate me and to get in touch with a service technician. I had to restore as I was running a beta but wasn’t too bad given I didn’t do my homework.I just had to leave the phone for about an hour and it was ready right on time and I didn’t even have to wait to collect.

Back in the Perth Apple Store this afternoon, and very happy about the customer service. The staff here knows what they are talking about, they can easily guide you through the different ranges of products. We were also very happy to meet staff speaking both English and mandarin, making it easier to chose the right devices for us. Thank you Michael and Wendy for guiding us to buy our first MacBook Pro!

Apple Store Perth has an incredible product range. However, I've noticed that the staff's product knowledge isn't as impressive as it used to be. Nonetheless, the wide variety of products available makes it worth a visit.
