Thank you to all involved in rejuvenating my house with a modern colour bond roof from the out dated fragile terra cotta tiles. I feel like I have a new house! After our initial quote we were told that the job would be underway within 4 weeks from the day of deposit which was paid the next day.After numerous calls and emails 16 weeks later we were contacted to advise the job was going to be started. Once Simon the roofing plumber started he did a fantastic job and in difficult circumstances as he was removing our tiles from our roof to change to colourbond in the winter which at the time we would not have done if we were told the truth about the timeframe from the start. I would not recommend sa quality as the way the treat there customers is as they are doing them a favour instead of a service. The trades are fantastic however the management is extremely poor on communication.

Had the guys come out to quote on my carport extension, I then decided to change the size a phone call was all that was needed to requote, once approved through council the work was completed in a couple of days, it matched perfectly with the existing profile and look of carport. Overall I am very happy with the job, Cheers.

Very poor service experience. Council approval obtained on a size however the consultant quoted us on a bigger area and advised he will get back to us. The weeks passed and no one has got back we have emailed every day, called and gone into the office. No one is helping us, we feel like they have taken our deposit and left us in the dark. Paper work was always forgotten when measure and checks completed. I want someone to help us from @saqualityhomeimprovements

End product was fantastic and the installer (Mark I believe his name was), was a gentleman who was on time and more than willing to explain the process...However, everything else was a hassle.We had to chase the sales and admin staff for everything and I've been informed its because they are grossly understaffed.Better communication from a loaf of bread. If I didn't have 4 months worth of emails starting with sorry I forgot" or "sorry we have ..." they might get the 5 stars!"

Called to get a quote on a large project. Got a call back from sales staff. Gave all measurements etc, and was told I would get a quote in a few days. Been 2 weeks still waiting. Guess they don't want my $40k business.

So far these guys have been incredible to deal with.Stewart has been amazing working through multiple design changes and options for my new pergola, all with a smile and helpful suggestions.He takes on board all of my requests and visions for this build and literally brings them all to life.Strongly recommend these guys for their professional and supportive approach
