The compassion, and empathy that was shown by Jenny, and Casey, when my Mum passed, was very reassuring.Having family overseas, this necessitated video calls after hours, which Casey undertook, with respect for the family.The service was really special as we had live streaming for the family members that could not be there.Could not recommend their services highly enough.
