Friendly staff, but some are a bit inexperienced. I had my medium-length hair curled and eye makeup done for my Year 12 formal... I was charged $150 dollars for this service, which seemed a bit unreasonable. First, it took them 1 hour to add some loose curls to my hair, because the hairdresser kept going away to do other things. Then, at one point, the hairdresser tried to curl over a section of my hair that she had already sprayed multiple times; this caused the hairspray to become flaky and visible on my hair. When I asked them to fix it, they just ignored me. Due to the poor time-management, I ended up being late to my formal, even though I made the appointment in consultation with the salon staff. They also had difficulty finding my shade in their limited range of foundations, so I just asked for eye makeup, and somehow, they charged me for a full face of makeup. I ended up having to rush home to get dressed and finish off my makeup. I was very disappointed with this, because when I made my appointment, they insisted they had a wide range of products and would definitely be able to match my shade.

I would not recommend anyone go here and get their hair cut!! There “qualified” staff cut my hair and ruined it the day before I left the country for 2 years! Not wanting to cause a scene but politely let the owner know about their staffs work, I sent a private message instead of a review. It is so appalling they have not even replied back and it’s been 3 weeks.The sad part is I had a 3rd year apprentice look at my hair afterwards and straight away knew it was screwed and their fully qualified hairdresser let me walk out the door. The hair cut was not even straight along the bottom. The one staff member working was unorganised, rushed and I didn't even get shown in the mirror let alone asked if the end result was to my liking. I have been a client for several years and it definitely isnt the same standard of service I have previously had.
