Not one call back every time I’ll call you tonight basically 4 times in one month had to chase every step of the way boards arrived plan of attack etc etc apparently when a bigger job comes along you get pushed to the bottom so if your residential personally I’d avoid to make it more comforting there is no guarantee that the repair will work so I essentially was winging it I suppose it turned out for the best.

Unlike the previous aircon business owner at Evans Head, who often gave you the option of self-supply, Todd Hayes Refrigeration was not interested in installing an airconditioning unit not purchased through their business. Very doubtful they could have supplied the 9kw Mitsubishi Electric Reverse Cycle unit for the price I bought it for (several thousands cheaper through Harvey Norman). Very disappointing replacement for John Southon's wonderful can do" approach."
