Beautiful custom made furniture and amazing customer service! Thank you so much to Cindy, Jing & David for going above and beyond to ensure we received exactly what we were after. My wife and I recently purchased a dining table and chairs from the team at Goldenwood Furniture and we couldn’t be happier. From the very first meeting they were extremely professional and accomodating as we designed the table from scratch. We were extremely indecisive and made numerous design changes along the way but Cindy was very patient and determined to ensure we were completely satisfied with every decision. We considered various styles, dimensions, timber species, stain colours etc and were able to come up with a great result within our budget. We were invited to inspect the items at various stages to ensure we were satisfied and the total duration from locking in design to delivery was only 3 weeks! We definitely recommend the team at Goldenwood if you are looking for great custom pieces at an affordable price with a focus on providing a great customer experience from start to finish! We were so impressed that we are already in the process of purchasing other items through Goldenwood :)

Excellent custom made furniture maker. They made beautiful floating entertainment unit and dining table to suit my interior. They exactly matched the dining table stain with chair legs. Very reasonable price and on time delivery. I would highly recommend them.

My partners mother recommended we visit the lovely David who works at Golden Wood for a unique experience in creating beautiful furniture for our new home. After seeing the designs and quality pieces they made for my partners mother, we were very eager to go visit the factory.The staff and David were extremely helpful and took the time to go over the process in making a distressed look, 8 piece dining set and a round kitchen table with parquetry. The furniture is of very high quality and the prices are at least 30% less than other furniture stores. You choose what you want, they design it, you confirm and 4 to 5 weeks later you have your beautiful furniture delivered. David is very pleasant to deal with and can design just about anything. I strongly recommend this business as I'm totally happy and so are 5 other friends.

Nine years ago we employed the services of Goldenwood Furniture to furnish our first home. We were so impressed with their professionalism in guiding us with design as well as really helping us to achieve the look we were after at a fair price.
