Southern Ocean Retreats - Ridgetop Retreats

The retreats are tucked amongst thick bush of the Deep Creek Conservation Park, throwing you into nature as soon as you arrive.Kangaroos can be seen from the living area which is open plan with the kitchen. The wood fire kept the unit warm as toast and create a nice cosy feel.It is very quiet here and perfect base for exploring the Conservation Park and lower Fleureiu.There is no phone signal, wifi or telly, which didn't worry us - and we were aware of prior, but I've seen a few reviews that commented on this. Be sure to read your pre arrival notes to avoid disappointment.The 2 bedroom apartments are self contained and basics are provided for continental breakfast - but I'd recommend you bring coffee of your own if you're a coffee buff like us. We also brought with us some snacks, fruit & eggs to help fill out the continental breaky.Make sure you go for a walk in the park, it's beautiful!

It was very poor trip , location was good but when we left after one day They debit 47 doller extra from my account and They gave reason ( You did not left clean our house ) we paid 355 doller per night Then why we have to pay for extra cleaning ?? It was vry bad service

We had a wonderful 4-night stay over the Easter weekend. The accommodation and location were absolutely magical. We arrived in the dark so opening up the curtains the following morning to take in the immersive bush view was breathtaking! We (2a, 2c <5yo) spotted kangaroos, echidnas and a variety of beautiful birds right on our doorstep as well as enjoying exploring the trails nearby.On our way, Jenny informed us of an issue with the showerhead being broken as soon as they found out about it. They worked over the long weekend to ensure it was fixed as quickly as possible. Our stay was made comfortable with nice linens/doonas and breakfast provisions.I rarely book the same accommodation twice when arranging a holiday... this was so special I may have to make an exception!

Had a great visit. Close to nature, nice walks, luxury accommodation.

Great place to immerse yourself in nature, lots of wildlife to marvel at if you're patient

Had the pleasure of staying here last weekend. Started with great service while booking and then having to make a change due to business commitments, Jane was so accommodating and made adjustments for us with no hassles and very little notice. Such a beautiful spot away from the world. The retreats are appointed just perfectly, comfortable, warm, full of natural light, clean and just beautiful. Would highly recommend a stay here, just wish we had more time, but will definitely be back as soon as we can.Thank you

Great getaway. Loved every minute in the reclusive environment. Cold enough in February for a log fire made it very special.

The food is amazing from Valley eats! My wife and I stayed with Ridgtop retreats for our anniversary a month ago. It was last minute but Jane and Barry were able to host us without any issues. They went above and beyond to make our accommodation happen. Amanda delivered our food from Valley eats and was able to cater for us no worries, very communicative and the food that we ordered and a had delivered up at deep creek was just amazing. So friendly and generous, try her chutneys as well. We are heading back that way soon and i'll be stopping in store to grab a few my self! Thanks guys!!

The Ridgetop Retreat Accommodation is one of the best places i have stayed at. The retreat has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen & living room area with a fire place and gorgeous porch that looks over Deep Creek Conservation Park.I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking at indulging in nature while still getting away. A great area to recharge and escape. 5/5 stars!!!
