Frank is an excellent scooter technician, and I have a freshly sorted px200 to prove it!I came in needing new tyres and left with a seemingly unsolvable electrical problem solved. Actually, Frank found that there were three problems. Kinda five, really.What’s more, he is a really top bloke.Thank you Frank.

Spent $1100 on repairs. Returned as one of the issues was still occuring.Was greeted with very rude, very defensive attitude from mechanic.Was happy with initial work done but will not be a returning customer as customer service was terrible.

Called these guys in response to their add to purchase a scooter.Told me that because I was calling from Sydney they couldn't help me then said it was too early and too hard then hung up!Called a second time this time they picked up and hung up straight away (caller id I guess) ten minutes later Rick gill took my call and took my Money well done Scooter Shop!

Unfortunately, I can't give them 0. 10 days in advance, I booked a service - replacement of the rear tire. I arrived before the scheduled time, 10 in the morning and the shop was closed (they reminded me not to be late because they were overbooked). I rode a 34-kilometer 50 cc scooter, which I mentioned to them. At 10.30 when no one showed up I left a message on their land line that I would be in Fremantle for another hour and they can call me if they opened. At 11.15 I called again and left a message. Then I decided to check once again in person if they opened the shop at 11.30 and the shop was open. I approached and asked what's going on" so that the approached person ask me "am I the one who needs to change the tire". I said yes and he asked me "do I still want to replace the tire". I told him that after an hour and a half of waiting for them to open the shop and after 34 kilometers of riding a scooter

I rocked up there unannounced hoping to get a Vespa part (in this day and age, getting anything is at best a 50/50 bet), not only did they have what I needed in stock (a mirror), the owner even took the time to fit it for me like that's just a normal thing they do.Recommend: Great attitudes (highly unusual!), straight up and zero BS. Awesome, thanks guys!

A top rated motor scooter shop located in Freo.They sell new and second-hand scooters, mopeds and all sorts of accessories, including helmets.They even do servicing...so they cover your moped needs from A to Z!!The proprietor has been operating from his shop in Freo. for at least 30 years...so he certainly knows his business, and is very friendly and helpful!

What a pleasant experience to find someone that takes the time to spend with you. Frank was very easy to deal with, he gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. A great selection of scooters both Asian and European makes. Cheers Frank.

Frank always has a solution to any scooter probs and he goes out of his way to help out.He does the best services and he shares his rather vast knowledge of scooters and takes his time to explain the why and what he has done on your motor.Friendly and great service. He's a keeper! Well for scootering anyway!Most generous with his time a rarity these days.
