LONG WAIT, unbearable LONG...always got pushed back because they are understaffed.My mate and I came excited and pumped for the dive of our life but ended up in the waiting game as many other people reported already.Arrival time: 9:30amDeparture: 4:30pmFlight & Jump: 30minsTotal time wasted waiting: 6.5 hoursWhen we arrived we were told we gonna jump in 45 mins but after 4 hours wait it still wasn't our turn. After 4,5 hours we finally headed our way.It takes approx. 20min to get to 15000ft with the aircraft before its your turn to jump.It's 50sec free fall and around 4 mins before you land.After that we had to wait another 1.5 hours to get our video edited.They don't seem to have enough instructors and focus mainly on the solo skydivers.We didn't get any kind of compensation at least a coffee or something to cheer us up after we spend the whole day there f'ing WAITING AND WAITING and more WAITING.At least make sure you have some refreshment for people waiting and some entertainment just something. C'mon guys this can't be too hard.Total costs:Jump $180Membership fee: $37Insurance: $30GoPro video: wrist only $135+ a 2% surcharge on card payment(of course as you won't have a few hundreds in cash with u)My tandem instructor was a seasoned jumper and I felt relatively safe but since he has been doing this for many years it felt too much of a routine.Overall a pretty average experience not sure if I would do it again but for sure not with Adrenaline Skydive, disappointing.

Worst place ever! I called and booked my appointment at 11:30 and I drove from Canberra which is 1 hour drive. I got there the place was closed and I kept calling there number but no answer and I left several voicemails. I waited until 12 and I didn’t get any response. If I can give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever I dont recommended at all!!!

I travelled from Sydney today to jump for the first time with my lovely girlfriend, but after waiting 2 hours at the cafe (with only overpriced, mediocre food available .........helpful tip, Bring your own sandwiches) we went to enquire about our jump time, to be told we would have to wait another 2 hours.Jumpers from the previous day were carried over to our day and we were not called or informed by anyone to advise us of any such delays. That mixed with what seemed like a very unorganised system, resulted in us leaving without jumping and travelling back to Sydney.In addition to this, the younger of the 2 ladies at the front desk was not only unhelpful, she also challenged us about questioning the wait times and her attitude was passive aggressive and had a lot to be desired for!We're going to jump in Wollongong in the coming weeks instead!

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff.Prices are quite reasonable and specials, even more so.Plane used for skydiving is huge, compared to most other places, so it's a comfortable launch.Café on-site isn't always open and the town is only 8 mins away, so you can just get food there.On-site motel is also reasonably priced.

Awesome staff ..great instructors..they definitely know how to make it fun for u ..would definitely come back again ..

You need to experience this to know thr feeling, there are no words to describe the feeling.it's one thing you need to do before you die. the team is amazing, they'll help you to settle in, very friendly and helpful all the way.felt like I knew these guys, like we were mates.Thank you Adrenalin Skydive Goulburn team for giving me a memorable experience.

Hell yes! 11/10!Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I have jumped with Adrenalin a few times and its always fantastic! Big shout out to Mark your a deadset legend :)

Would have to be the worst customer service ever. Rude, aggressive & dismissive of any concerns. Cancel bookings and provide no backup options. Force you to chase them. They take the money, then cancel. Lyn sends abusive emails, and when you ask to talk to someone else she says you can't. I bought this for my partners 40th and now am out of pocket with no further options available. I wish I could have nominated ZERO stars. I have been forced to refer to fair trading for dishonest practices, as they refuse to provide the service paid for or refund.
