Sells out of date cakes and very poor customer service. Never will shop here again..

Great job for a birthday cake. We gave them a few photos as reference. The printing is a bit faded for some reason but overall it was really good.The taste was also great ;)

Can only give three stars as we ordered two items here. One was a birthday cake for someone else which they said was perfect.One was an impulse purchase of a quarter of a cheesecake in plastic packaging in the store, which we never ate because a hair had been cooked into it and we through it straight in the bin when we found that.Other than that, online ordering is confusing. Staff were very pleasant. But we won’t be back to buy anything else. Not that one hair is such a big deal, but because if they’re not wearing proper clothing/uniforms to prevent that happening then what else is getting missed in the kitchen?

Very disappointed i order a cake for my friend’s birthday. I went to pick up and they said the decorator was sick and later provided me with a cake which was crooked and did not look good.

Don't order through uber eats. They leave items out and refuse to refund claiming its the driver/rider.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter online a week before her party. On the day of her party, I received a call at 9:30 am (I was supposed to pick the cake up at 11:00am) to advise me that the cake decorator was sick and my cake could not be made. I asked why I wasn't advised earlier and given the excuse that my phone number wasn't connecting which is untrue as I had been receiving phone calls without any problems and obviously my number connected that morning. Then upon probing some more I was given another excuse that the cake decorator was on annual leave. Regardless of whether or not my phone was connecting, an email could have done the job as my order was done online and my email was available to them. Never ordering from the Cheesecake Shop again. It could have been a different scenario if they hadn't blatantly lied and made up pathetic excuses but had contacted me earlier and offered a substitution or at least an apology. Do yourself a favour and don't order from this store. When I asked about a refund I was told to just go online and ask for a refund." I am yet to hear back regarding this."

The Jamaican Chocolate Cheesecake that I have ordered is gorgeous looking and tastes absolutely delicious! Well done to the staffs! Highly recommended for cheese lover out there!

possibly the worst customer service everstaff doesnt know what dairy free means ! when i asked can u do dairy free cakes he asks whats dairy free!!!!!!!!!!then decided to order a vegan cake for my partners birthday and they only had 2 options to choose from and only 1 size available!to make it worse the guy says sorry we cant write with vegan cream or icing as we dont have the writing options in vegan! people takes the normal white chocolate disc with writing on it for the photo purposes and then they throw it but you have to buy it for extra $$so basically if a vegan person or an dairy allergic person wants a birthday cake which wont be quite dairy free anyways because the writing will be normal white chocolate which is loaded in dairy and will have to pay to buy the writing just for the photo reasons and god helps if that gets contaminated to the actual cake then the allergic person is at risk of getting a severe reactions from it!who gave this people the license to run a food business without any clue of how severe these matters can be specailly with allergiesi dont think i will ever want to deal with this shop ever again nor this companybytheway the so called vegan cake isnt that great either so dont recommend it and certainly stay away from this place if u have any dietary issues because these people have absolute no clue
