Jarden turned up on time when he said he would to have a look at the job. His quote came through promptly. I am an engineer (so I expect I was extra annoying), but Jarden carefully listened to what I wanted, and even set out the job with me so I knew I was getting what I wanted. I didn't have to worry about specifying the thickened edges, mesh spec and design, chairs, black plastic, crusher dust, wacker packing, or drainage falls. I could have done all that because I've done so for engineering infrastructure projects in the past. But Jarden had it all in hand and knew exactly how to do the job right. The job turned out great, we're very pleased with it. Thank you.
