Our microwave stopped working today and was advised by retailer to take it to Drtv to have it fixed under warranty. I couldn't ask for better old school customer service, they even opened the front doors for me to come in. The repair was completed within 3 hrs so we didn't even miss it. A courtesy phone call to let us know it was ready, and pickup was a breeze. Highly recommend this business, if only more businesses were like them.

Excellent service. Took in a record player to be repaired, he took his time, went over every piece, gave me an estimate on both price and time. Worked out to be cheaper to buy second hand. I will, definitely take my electrical repairs here, as I was given enough information without being pressured for a quick service.

Extremely happy with the service at DRTV. Warranty repair done with Ego. Dropped the mower off on Monday and back Friday the same week. Highly recommend.

After a mishap with a 4 month old TV, called Dr Tv for help. They were able to advise me the cost, and time frame for the part to arrive. Called me to tell me it had arrived 3 days early. Took the TV in and it was repaired in no time at all. Allowed me to collect when I finished work. Very happy with their work. Very grateful to have my TV repaired.Dog is also cute and friendly, greets all the customers.

Recently had DrTv service my late Granddads Kriesler radio that I found hiding in his old work shop. It wouldn't have been turned on for 50+ years and had taken a beating from the elements. Dr Tv did a phenomenal job getting it to work again and it sounds amazing. Great job!! Highly recommend them
