Goodstart Early Learning Coorparoo - Cavendish Road

This centre has been amazing to our young one and to our family. The educators are exceptional and display outstanding levels of ehpatic qualities that our family loves. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone. 5 stars doesn’t cut it for this centre and I would give them more if allowed.

My son has been coming to the centre for almost 4 years. The staff are wonderful. They are loving and genuinely care about the children. And they always take the time to answer questions about my son's day, development, behaviour, etc. In our four years coming to Cavendish Road, we haven't seen much turnover in the room leaders. There's always familiar faces, who know the names of all our family members. They take a lot of care when transitioning the children between rooms. And the things they teach the older children is seriously impressive.

Contacting: cannot reach them. Only 1800 number is displayed on website. I called the number many times, they put on hold and call gets terminated. Each time I was on wait for more than 10 mins. When I enter number to call back, it says error occurred and call gets cut. Bad customer support. We leave our kids there and can't get hold of staff, it is frustratingTeaching: thought my son alphabets and numbers.

We enrolled our son here when I returned to work from maternity leave. He was originally enrolled in another local day care, but due to COVID-19, on his first day he was told he could not commence going there, and we were left completely in the lurch. I contacted GoodStart who told me there were vacancies at Cav rd, went in and spoke to the wonderful director Miss Erin, who assured me that there would be space for my son. Since then, he's been going three days per week, and just adores it there. His educators (and all staff at the centre) are warm, caring, supportive and professional. They listen and respond to our family's/my son's needs, and update us daily on how he is progressing. I feel very comfortable knowing my son is getting the best possible care away from me and would highly recommend this centre for anyone.Special thank-you to Prabina and Pooja who are excellent educators!

We've been using this daycare since my daughter was approx 20 months. It's like a second family to her now. The staff are wonderful. Definitely reccomend!

Goodstart Cavendish Road are nothing short of amazing. The educators and everyone at the centre provide Exceptional care that we are forever grateful for. The centre is well equipped for all day care ages the programs they offer is structured and also flexible allowing children to thrive and grow at their own pace. The educators are professional and the positive fostered relationship with our child has been evident through the years we have been with this centre. They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well Goodstart cavendish road have been exactly that for us.

What an amazing child care facility,from the moment you walk in the front door your greeted by the Centre Director or whoever is sitting on reception who are always friendly and helpful. The centre is staffed by the most amazing Educators whose professional and caring attitude shines thru the happy faces of the children attending this amazing Centre. Thank you so much for putting all the hard work.Siya absolutely loves it!
