Terrible Service. After 8 years of being loyal customer I couldn’t not exchange, return online sale item! It’s not helpful, staff were just emotionally ignoring me on the phone and the shop and couldn’t provide a better service, referring to online policy of final items! They have attached returns turns and conditions to my purchase but wouldn’t exchange an item by saying it is different terms and conditions to the outlet item! so why not attach correct policy then? very disappointed and will try consumer rights.

Not happy at all.Bought a pair of shoes that was losing it's colour/transfering on my feet as well as the shoe itself. When returned to the shop, I couln't get a refund, had to get a credit. Yet I bought the shoes on the black friday and now I can't afford to use any of that credit
