Snappr Photography

This is the first time I have used Snappr. I found it very user friendly and convenient. I am a new business starting up, so did not want to spend a fortune, but still wanted quality images for my website and instagram account. Snappr arranged for Todd to capture the images and I was very impressed with the quality, professionalism and convenience. Todd arrived as planned in the morning and the images were available in the afternoon. Highly recommend this service.

I used Snappr because I needed photos for my life coaching website. I had a great experience throughout - seamless booking process, very good value, great photographers to choose from and excellent support from Snappr's customer experience team. Our photographer Nabil was fantastic, we came away with natural shots that really fit my company's brand.

I'm very happy with the service. Mark H is a great photographer. I wanted relaxed photos documenting our engagement party, and featuring the beautiful venue and Melbourne night skyline. This is exactly what I got. Highly recommend this professional service. Also a big plus for easy communication.

Charged me for 1.5hours. Was later notified that it’s for 18 pictures and I don’t even get to choose them. Don’t go through them. Find your own photographer. Not sure what our photographer did for the 1.25hours after he took 20 pictures. Ruined my event and I will never ever go through them again.

Package and concept look good, but extremely rude, pushy and impatient sales staff. Special shout out to sales woman who wasn't interested in answering my questions, and kept reciting her sales-spiel rather than interacting with me. When I said that I preferred to ring her back rather than making a time for her to contact me again, she hung up on me mid-sentence. Shame, because before that I had decided that I would go through her rather than the website, as she would have gotten a commission...Most reviews seem to be for the individual photographers rather than the company, sales/admin based overseas (Philippines?)

Organising my headshots through Snappr Photography was a positive experience. The site is user friendly and easy to navigate. It is a great way to source a photographer when you need one. I felt very comfortable working with Laura, the photographer I chose from the Snappr site. She was friendly, professional and accommodating. I would definitely use her services again and will be recommending her and Snappr to others.
