Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs Chatswood

My car was sent in to repairs and transferred from Silverwater SMART to the Chatswood location and I initially dropped it off on 12/08/22.The initial repair estimate was set for 19/09 (1 month) which is understandable given that there is currently extended wait times for parts shipping due to COVID. However, SMART has on numerous conditions, delayed their collection date and were very unprofessional in time management. Following this, I received texts that it was delayed to:-20/09-25/09-18/10 (where i had to call SMART to find out)-19/10Every time that I rang their customer service line, I was given conflicting information on pickup times and where they were up to with the repairs. Excuses ranged from shipping delays, parts delays or the fact that honestly didn't know and that it might get delayed again if the car isn't reassembled correctly. I was also promised a call back today which I did not receive, when I instead called back SMART they quoted that they were 'busy' and couldn't get back to me. This is by far one of the most frustrating experiences with a repair shop I've ever had ranging from continuous delays and conflicting informationedit:The repair shop itself is great, people were nice and repairs done well. Unfortunately, a poor experience with their contact centres.

Thank you team! I had a great overall experience with team. The team was professional along the way, demonstrated great communication skills, was kept up to date with the repairs. Repairs were done within a reasonable time frame. Did an amazing job on the car, feels and smells new again. Very happy with the outcome.

Danny and CJ were great.Even managed to get the car back to me before the long weekend, they stayed back to get it done.Parts were delay due to worldwide shortage. This is out of their control. Service and professionalism was amazing. Workshop is well maintained and has a systematic approach in getting your car back to you.Keep up the good work

I have had an excellent experience at Capital Smart Chatswood. I’d been told my car would be required for 3 weeks initially, then 2 weeks, and unexpectedly got a call today to say it was ready. Total of 8 days! Got an Uber over and was greeted by CJ who couldn’t have been more helpful and delightful to deal with along with his manager Danny. I highly recommend Capital Smart! I’d use them again any day. Professional job in less than half the quoted time.

My car was sent here after a small accident that left the doors on one side jammed. After a bit of a wait for a spot to open (understandable as it was around the Christmas/NY time), they completed the works required before time. The quality of work was extremely commendable and they made my car look and feel as good as new. Very friendly team as well. Would definitely recommend their services! Sorry guys, I deleted my previous 5 star review and the bonnet was not closing and I did not understand why. I did not check the bonnet when I picked up my car at Chatswood as I was totally tunnel visioned on the repairs to the rear (which looked fabulous). I took it to Silverwater Smart Capital and they resolved the issue. It was a mystery but they were very accommodating.Regarding the repairs, Danny was amazing and the car looks great. He was also very friendly and professional.The entire Smart Capital team are great and I'm very impressed with the repairs on my car.Thank you Danny and the team!

Being a fanatical car person, being in a car accident was the last thing I wanted. Then comes the stressful part of your beautiful near new car going to a smash repair to be slapped back together and hoping for the best.I was quite surprised when I went to pick up my car. I was greeted with a high level of professionalism and instantly felt more at ease. I was then given a tour of the very clean and organised workshop and shown the stages my car had been through. Then I was taken to my car which presented as new. I was so happy and relieved.I have also now since washed it and gone over it very closely. Everything has been put back where it needs to go and can't even tell what was replaced and was was not. The paintwork is also faultless. I am so surprised and so happy with the results. Thank you so much to Danny and CJ for taking your time and putting my car back to how it should be. Special thanks to Penny also for putting up with me.Well done team. Thank you for everything. I am very happy with the conveniences, service and the job done on my car after the accident through Suncorp. Estimated time to repair was 6 weeks, but I got a call within 3 weeks that was all done. Thank you so much to the manager and the team that has made this happen. Much appreciated my car has been in good hands! Highly recommended!

They are one of the preferred repairer from my insurance. They repaired my AMG and they did a great job. Although the job took longer than expected, it is understandable due to the COVID transport and lack of parts available. They went extra mile to make sure my car's aftermarket part been looked after and fit to the way I wanted. I am very happy with their workmanship and will highly recommend them to anyone need to fix their car

AAMI booked Lane Cove but then the car had to be transferred to Chatswood since it required major repair there on the side/side back.On the pickup day, CJ brought our car out. I was so excited to see our car looked new and shining, and it has perfect color matching. CJ and the team did a fantastic job. They even managed to get the job done earlier than the estimated timeframe. Extremely happy with the outcome.Both teams are professional and friendly. Thank you Capital SMART for your great work!
