Great service, upgraded my phone when I encountered an uncommon problem! Also got me onto their new cellular service, saving me $15 per month. Was looked after by Josh throughout the whole process who provided unbelievably exceptional service!

Purchased iPhone 7 for my daughter. Phone condition was better than expected and arrived quickly and in professional packaging. Josh was great and only too happy to help. Was so impressed I have purchased a 2nd phone for my other daughter, an iPhone 8. Thanks guys- really impressed to date.

Brilliant company, combating our society’s single-use mindset.Purchased an as-new iPhone 7 from them, but was experiencing a considerably poor battery life. I went into their Melbourne store, and they replaced the battery with a brand new one free of charge, within 15 minutes.

Bought an Iphone 8 a while back and had non stop problems, they even tried to say that because there was a small chip at the bottom right hand corner of the phone that warranty was voided even though the sent me out a phone where the battery died randomly and then would not charge or hold an charge after the first week? The customer representative Josh got in contact with me and explained to send me phone in to get fixed, after I travelled to Darwin and their location is in Melbourne. Sent the phone in to which they then responded that the warranty was voided? I had to explain to them numerous times that I couldn't care less whether the warranty was voided or not that you sold me a faulty phone? Took them a while a few phone calls and me refusing to pay for additional fees that they kept trying to charge me to actually fix it and send it back out. It completely broke 3 months later same battery issue. I will never get a phone off them again

Scammers stay away from these people at all costsPurchased a phone and have been getting sent bills monthly however no credit has actually ever been added to our phone accountRequested they cancel direct debits over 6 months ago and they quite rudely responded asking me to pay for the outstanding invoices however we never got credit applied to the account so what are we paying forOwner rudely ignored us and sent a rude reply back and continues to billHave lodged a complaint with ACCC

Bought an iPhone and have had trouble with the battery not holding charge, then it seems the battery has buldged splitting the phone open at the sides. Contacted cellect who approved consumer warranty if the phone was back to them within 10 days. Sent the phone express post, paid extra for insurance and signature on delivery. A week later the package was returned to me 'return to sender' incorrect address. It was the same address that was given to me by cellect. The package was signed for before being put back in the post. Have emailed and tried to call but the number just says none is available. Have left messages and still no one has contacted me. Looks like it's time to get consumer affairs involved!

I bought a iPhone X from here a couple of months ago and it came and worked perfectly worry free. I experienced some touch screen issues a couple of weeks ago ( a common iPhone X problem ) and Cellect made it very easy to send it back. Derek was very helpful over email with all the details and was happy to take it back to be repaired for free under warranty.The whole process only took two weeks including the shipping from Canberra to Melbourne so I really appreciate how quick they were repairing it and the fact that they express shipped it back to me.It's now working as normal and you wouldn't know it was a refurbished iPhone at all.

I bought my last 3 phones (Samsungs and Apple) from Cellect Mobile and I can say that I always had the best customer experience, as far as product satisfaction and customer service. The staff is reliable, trustworthy and highly customer-oriented. All the phones were in excellent conditions and so were the accessories. Awesome experience. Highly recommended!

Hi AllHappy to write a quick reviewI was delighted with the fast delivery and the phone itself. It works great and the screen is clear an crisp.I bought the average grade phone and it was better than I expected with scuffs I consider of little importance around the edges.No cracks or damage that I could see. With the screen protector on and the clear silicone phone cover, it looks like new.Very happy to receive the free screen protector and cover in the box which I wasnt expecting.All in all 10 out of 10. Samsung Galaxy S7 Refurbished phoneBought this phone for my Mum in February 2021. Delays with the phone delivery as it was downgraded and a replacement sought by Cellect. At least they were honest with their standard of quality before sending it out. Once received however the phone would not power on. It was disappointing, as I had to send the phone back by express post at my expense. Cellect checked and issued a warranty replacement phone very quickly and communication was excellent. No charger was given with phone.
