Jess has gone above and beyond with my delivery, keeping me updated the entire time regarding the location and status of my package. I couldn't ask for better service from a company!One suggestion I have for the Brisbane depot is to have a sign out the front of the building (or a sticker on the reception windows) stating that it is a Cool Couriers depot, as there was no signage I could see. I feel this would greatly help people who don't use the service regularly navigate their way in an industrial area :)

My company uses Cool Interstate on a regular basis and have never had any issues. We transport frozen food to Sydney almost weekly from Melbourne and every few months to country NSW or QLD. The team in the office are always friendly and super helpful no matter how ridiculous my questions may be. Nothing is ever an issue. The whole process from booking to paying to pick up or drop off is hassle free. I can highly recommend Cool Interstate for your freight forwarding needs.
