So pleased to hear another real estate taking over from Ray White, they managed our property for 5yrs, all good until we got a bad tenant costing us over $20 000 in damages, constant phone calls & emails begging for them to inspect, they finally did there 1st inspection after 7mths, even when police were involved they did nothing, couldn't even communicate with our insurance repairers properly, they are completely hopeless with no heart. Aside from what it cost us, they put other people in danger, I hope carma comes to all of them. Cost aside I still cant believe to this day they knew exactly what was going on to our home & did nothing, but thankfully we have moved on & am so glad to see Harcourts here.

John Schlamm is always extremely thorough and conscientious, giving thoughtful advice but respecting our decisions and running with them. He works hard for the seller but is really considerate of the buyer too and helps with understanding the process (we have bought and sold twice with John). He is a good communicator with a warm but professional manner. He has excellent local knowledge.

We have been in our rental since February.Alison is very professional, approachable and a great communicator.When we have needed repairs or tradesmen, the issues have been dealt with promptly.If we decide to move in the future, we are hoping to find another property managed by Alison.
