This was the best move experience I have ever had. Fernando, Marcos and Renan were hard-working, patient, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. They were so quick and took great care with my furniture!The CityMove team took time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. The price was also very good. I’ll be recommending you to everyone.

I definitely recommend City Move. They communicated well and were very professional. They confirmed my move twice and offered a lot of helpful tips. Great price on move, they don't charge for their time going to and from the depot and only charge per minute after the first 90 mins. The movers turned up late, but they actually showed me the road obstructions that had caused it. I'm very happy with their service.

City Move moved our family's (four bedroom three reception room) property over a three day period of packing, removal and unpacking. I have made this move more then 10 times locally and internationally.They were outstanding from the initial call to the final box. Not one thing was damaged or lost.I strongly recommend them. I also encourage other customers to use the packing and unpacking service. It is both much more cost effective and much less hassle.

I hadn't moved house for 12 years and had bad memories from previous moves but I can't speak highly enough of the guys from City Move. Thomas and his team went above and beyond. They were friendly, careful and very efficient. The move was faster than I imagined and they even disassembled and reassembled beds where necessary. My move through the Citymove on the 20th December,'14 at Perth was fantastic. Daniel & Mario were superb in their job. The way they handled each and every good with care was great. As a result, I was very relaxed throughout the move process. All my goods reached my new home in as it is condition without a single dent or scratch.I recommend Citymove to all.:)

My move has been so easy with the awesome job done by Citymove. On top of that, they had to make a detour and drop some of the items at one of my friend's place. They knew exactly what was going there. This meant that I did not have to go with them to sort things out but just wait at my property for my belongings to arrive. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that I know and who is moving. They were on-time, respectful and very helpful.

I was moving by myself and another company didn't work out. As a result, I was under great stress and called CityMove on a Sunday morning. They took my call and arranged for Rodrigo and Marcos to come the next day. They were polite and fit and worked solidly all day. They protected my mattress with plastic, fixed the loose back of my wardrobe and were careful with mud in the pouring rain. Everything arrived quickly and safely, which allowed me to chill out. I was a little late arriving to my destination house and they had already started working and lifting before I even opened the door. Highly recommended.

Yesterday John & Edward did a move for us from Petersham to Peakhurst.They were very efficient, friendly and honest.They found $50 behind some furniture and gave it to me!I would definitely recommend them to anyone for a move.Thiago is also very helpful and efficient.Thank you John, Edward, Thiago (and Citymove) for making our move as seamless as possible.

The Brazilian guys were amazing! Came right on time, were strong and fast, took care of everything professionally, without any damages. I was particularly impressed with the great communication between the 2 of them, especially when moving the big stuff, fridge, couches. That's why I think everything was flawless. Great job guys, thanks very much! I'm happy to pay a little extra for that level of service, to avoid drama while moving house :) Thank you!

Worst Removalist I used. I booked a large truck and they turned up in a small one. The way the truck was stacked needed up requiring several more loads and they didn’t finish until 8.30 at night. I had several people helping as well as even they were getting upset that these guys were taking the Mickey out of us. I even had an argument at the end with their boss and said what they are doing is u ethical. Oh by the way they are a couple of back packers they use versus guys that do this day in day out. I paid just under $1900 and was shocked and that’s with me already putting stuff into a pod and I had a 4 bedroom cottage not a mansion. This company should be reported for their practices.
