Absolutely disgusted is the service, especially that of a employee named Murray.Waited a year for an appointment to be told the Dr had left and I just had to deal with it because they didn’t want to do anything about it. They didn’t bother to contact me or pass on my referral. Absolute disgrace!

Horrific experience; would complain to WA Health Dept, but it's a long process, and cannot deal with that right now, so suffice to leave this review.In short, I had a GP referral to see Dr Benerjee, but after Murray called me from clinic and his high recommendation to see Dr Wearne instead, I booked an appointment for December (which right now I know there's very long wait times). Less than a week later, Murray called back to offer sooner appointment: he left voicemail. Less than 24 hours after his call, he rang me again, 5 times in fact, from a mobile phone before 8am. Murray texted me twice, with a second text threatening to cancel my appointment. I called the mobile as soon as I read his disturbing message at 8:08am that morning as I was quite concerned.We went round in circles over the phone before he punitively withdrew my appointment with Dr Wearne, which he said he was trying to help me out, and after arguing he then rudely hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager, but Murray said he's the manager. I called him unprofessional and he stated he wasn't a professional.Cannot believe such horrid behaviour at a Mental Health Clinc from someone who claims to own the clinic. Very unprofessional to say the least, and toxic, emotionally manipulative and abusive at the most. I heard good things about Dr Wearne, but I'll never know because I'll never attend such an unsafe environment to find out. I feel very sorry for people like this guy, Murray. Very sad!

Literally life saving! By the time I got to Maia House I had been dragged through the mill. From Murray out the front to my Dr Deborah they’ve been amazing. Clever, caring and so patient. I have my life back thanks to them.
