Standard warehouse style Bunnings. Good parking ,good access for all. A quirky lack of choice in the tapware section , but that's more of an inventory issue.

Customer service is appalling beyond disgusted in it ! Not just today but it's been a few times in the last 3 monthsLearn what Customer service is about and how to be nice maybe not rude with a smileProducts no problem but when you get bad service you don't want to go back

All the Bunnings store in the area, Lismore, Ballina and Grafton seem to be suffering stock shortages. I'm not sure if it just the Northern Rivers, or acroos the board.

Google listing shows bunnings closes at 10pm on the thursday before good friday. They ushered me out at 9pm and I was unable to finish my shopping. I said I thoight you close at 10 and they said they always close at 9.

Great to have Bunnings back after the flood, however there appears to be a staff shortage (well… more than normal). For a visit to buy only a couple of items which could have been 15 minutes maximum, I was struggling to gain the correct information or receive assistance! The trade section out the back was particularly bad for acquiring assistance. It was 40 minutes later and I finally got the help I needed, well what I wanted actually wasn’t even in stock.However, still have a great range and I’m happy that they are back in business supporting the community.

Always love bunnings. Can't go past a sausage sizzle outside and finish with a barista coffee from their Cafe inside
