Went in to buy what I thought was the right thing, staff member (sorry I didn't get your name) was incredibly helpful. He advised me on exactly what I needed and offered advise on a better product that was more effective. All on a $5 item. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Sold me the wrong product and refused to refund it. Had good experiences with them prior, but they are not helpful with returns at all.Also, very demeaning and talk down to you. Perhaps some new staff are needed.

This place has all you hobby needs covered. Lots of kits and spare parts. Staff are sometimes helpfull. Seem to be interested in serving others when serving you? One staff was helpfull and attentive the other was polite but seemed preoccupied and did not provide a solution to my shopping needs.

The staff were really helpful. They only had half of what my brother wanted. They told me where he could purchase it near him so we wouldn't need to post it and want to know where he finds the other stuff so they can help other people.

I went to Jaycar looking for an SSD to USB-C adaptor. I showed the salesperson a photo of the SSD and he checked each adaptor and selected the one that matched. Took it home and it worked first time. He removed the confusion and unknown I had.
