What a horrible customer service I bought a Panadol but by mistake I bought the panadole capsule instead of Panadol tablet I came out of the store than I noticed that it's a capsule my mum can't swallow the capsule due to her health condition than I Wanted to swopped with tablet one but manager name Brenda" was there she refused me to swop with the tablets one she said as I left the store thats why she can't swop it I said I went outside for 2

Was looking at weather on phone ( not talking on it or messaging or using social media etc) and the rude chubby lady yells out on the speaker “ what’s your snap chat”.If you are gonna be a smart arse maybe get your facts right. Same lady was bullying staff the last time I was there. I would be sacking her.

Petrol Prices here are always expensive, I only come if if I absolutely have to and because it's local.Staff are usually friendly but can be annoying asking a lot if you want to purchase something else.

This service station is very expensive just checked on the NSW fuel app there 20 cents a litre more expensive. Not as clean as it use to be bins the other day every bin over flowing no water in containers no detergent and window cleaner brush broken, what’s going on never use to be like this.
