Had some problems with a TM warranty case but the guys here were constantly on it doing what they could, which was very respectful to do so on my behalf. Big thanks to Michael especially though for his time and knowledge, I certainly was treated very well by him and was definitely satisfied with the end result. Will always be my preferred golf store, thanks again.

Best customer service in Perth. They salesman there treat you like your a person, not like some of the the bigger outlets who talk down to you and just want to make a sale. I have been to all the other golf outlets and golf clearance outlets beats them all hands down. Very good prices and excellent service, just can't beat that.

Really impressed with the customer service here, I forgot to put in a voucher code during the checkout and michael promptly helped me sort it along with other things in the order. Really went above and beyond with helping sort out my order and were super quick with delivery. Would definately recommend to friends

4 months after paying for gloves , still not received. Several phone calls and emails are not getting me anywhere. Initial communications constantly blaming Adidas the supplier. Very dissapointing.

Mike has been an absolute legend I bought a golf bag and my irons from him and will be getting a putter soon. I went to a few different DG and GB around WA and haven't loved the service I felt like I was being upsold every time.Should be your first stop for anything golf related.

Just had a fantastic experience with this golf shop. Was struggling to find a certain item, which they had listed on their website. Thought they might be out of stock (like most places), but emailed anyway and within 5 minutes had a reply and they did have it available.A quick phone call and they had it behind the counter ready for pickup.Once there, the guys were very friendly and had some great selection on budget friendly options as well as some high end equipment on certain parts of their range. Worth dropping in and having a chat to the guys who have some great advice and can point you in the right direction.

Fantastic service! Even though I didn't buy anything (this time anyway!) the staff were so friendly, watched me hit a few balls, and then gave me excellent advice on the club style and length that would suit me. So impressed!

Ordered some items a few months ago. I was advised they were not in stock but could be shipped in and sent which I agreed to. Timeframe given was 3-4 weeks. It’s now been three months. Apart from one phone call and an email response, no further details have been provided. Latest email asking for an update has not been responded to so far.Stick with Golfbox.
