Sent me tan that was due to expire in 2 weeks and wasnt the packaging as per their website. They told me to send back the goods and they would replace them. After nearly 2 weeks i didnt have the replaced goods. I followed them up 3 times before I finally got a response. One email I got back said they had reposted the goods..... a 2nd email clearly sent by someone else said they were trying to source the correct product. I ended up lodging a paypal complaint to get my money back. Do not order from them!!!

I hadn't realised the store was for public as well as registered hairdressers until I popped in and received the best service helping me find the right blonde shampoo for my hair. After a few recommendations that didn't work for me from other places, the staff at Beautopia Morningside not only left me feeling confident with the recommendation they made, but also gave me more advice and options to try for my situation. I really appreciated the time they took to chat with me and felt comfortable dealing with them. I'd been ordering my hair products online but now I know I'll be going in store whenever I need something, the range they have is great.
