Absolutely horrific. I would like to warn prospective tenants not to rent through this agency. They have no respect for your privacy and quiet enjoyment of the property that you are renting. The owners and property manager arrived on a weekly basis to carry out repair work which should of been completed at the start of the tenancy. They also invent excuses to come around and have a sticky beak in general. They don't like pets even if they are approved. I rented a property with them for eight months and it was the worst renting experience ever. Upon leaving they refused to give me any part of my bond back due to the fact that they are money hungry and full of greed. The house was of very low standard when I moved in and dirty.
