Google says you are open till 8.30 I walk in at 7.55 and as the girls are serving multiple people they tell me they are closed as soon as I walked in the door. Terrible hospitality. What happened to cook until there is no one left.

Almost perfect Subs and service. The last turkeys that ran this place were an abomination on the Subway brand (bit like the current Umina & Woy Woy subway stores).Just need to do something about the damn parking around the place.

Worst experience ever in a subway! Wanted to charge me extra for a single piece of pepperoni on a kids sandwich with only a piece of ham on it no salad. What a joke!!! Deliberating with the manager on what to charge me. I went somewhere else.

I walked in with three friends and I was the last to get served. By the time they started putting mine together my friend and finished eating his footlong sub. When there is no manager the young teenagers work pathetically slow and look like they dont dont souls. The tomato was green. He barely folded it and it looked like it could have been a wrap from the look of it outside. Kincumber subway please get rid of some of your useless, brain dead employees.

Wow! Never had a sub quite like that before! The staff were so friendly and made our visit a party to be remembered! Can't wait to go back and witness sandwich magic happen again live!

So disappointed with our visit today, our order of 6 rolls took over 30 minutes to make with only one staff member responsible for making our large order while a number of other staff were too busy focusing on Uber or door dash orders. Clearly customers in the store aren’t as important as their online customers.

I've been to MANY subway restaurants both in Australia and around the world..I must say...these guys make BY FAR the BEST subway sandwich I've ever had at any Subway. True sandwich art and fast food porn at its best.

I am writing this review as a previous employee of this store.There is a few issues such as mould and cockroachs.When I worked at this store there was mould on onions and I was told to just cut the mould out and then just keep cutting up that onion. This is a unsafe practice as even though you can't see the mould the rest of the onion doesn't mean it isn't there. I have heard very similar stories from other employees while working there. Such as a whole peice of food covered in mould. Hopefully no one has gotten sick from this store.The next issue is the cockroachs in this kincumber store. I have seen cockroachs on multiple times running around near the cookie display.I am not going to talk about the pay here but it is very bad compared to any other subway store.I would just simply avoid this store. Do yourself a favour and DONT WORK HERE also DON'T EAT HERE.
