Dr. Umed Cosmetics

I used to ONLY come to Dr Umed after my first ever lip injections were a rip off and showed no difference, but after my last visit I sadly won’t be returning.While I adore the receptionist and the trainee nurse was lovely, Dr Umed barely looked at my face. It seemed like he was rushing because it was nearing the end of the day and he just wanted to be finished.The Botox…First off, it was injected STRAIGHT INTO A large bulging vein (from an incident I had the day before that was sticking out) in my forehead!! That is so Dangerous!!Then, my major problem area is my frown lines between my eyebrows and while half of the Botox for the 3 treatment areas were injected there, it was only injected on one side and I still have very, very visible frown lines!When I contacted them about it after 2 weeks I was told to make an appointment for a review.. I didn’t because I figure that’s just code for ‘be charged more for what should have been done correctly in the first place’..: so I still have very visible frown lines.I also left with more bruises than ever before.Very disappointed because I liked coming there. The receptionist is so welcoming but I won’t again.

Dr Umed is very honest with his assessment of what you need before he goes ahead with any of his work. You are well-informed about pricing beforehand and his work is amazing. The clinic staff are always happy and very helpful. Definitely would recommend.

I have been a client for years. Extremely happy with my immediate results. Dr Umud is an expert. He is informative, and results driven. Dr Umud Cosmetics is second to none.

I saw Dr used I few weeks ago for some nose fillers, I was happy at the time although I did ask for slightly more in a particular spot which he refused to do and then went on to say come back and I'll fix for half price. These fillers aren't cheap and I would prefer tgeu would be done correctly on my first visit. He then made me write a 5 star review which should of been done by choice. So here is my honest and new review. Do not recommend

I used to go to Dr Umed, no doubt he is experienced and results were good however I noticed that doesn't matter what areas I treated I was always being charged around the $1500 mark Also one time I had a concern I called office to ask how many mls was used in my last treatment and they said its not recorded on my file

Absolutely happy with my results . Highly recommend Dr.Umed if you are looking for amazing and true results. Great ambiance and friendly team. Definitely worth the 5star rating.

I initially enquired regarding their $550 deal that included 110 units of anti-wrinkle and 1ml of lip filler.I was booked into their Regents Park clinic for a 4pm appointment.I arrived at 3.50pm, where I was greeted by the receptionist, who applied numbing cream to my lip area. Another client walked in shortly after myself.I sat there waiting and waiting. The lady who came in after me, was seen BEFORE I was. I waited until 4.40pm to be seen.Once in the room, I advised of the special I had booked.Dr Umed had another male technician in the room who was learning, and I consented to this.Dr Umed advised that that particular special ($550) was only applicable when administered by his nurse technicians and not himself. I was not aware of this, but instead he advised he would administer 100 units instead of the 110 units.I was OK with this, as long as it still achieved the same result.He then advised he can upgrade me to a more premium lip filler that will last longer than the standard filler that was offered with the special. This price would be an extra $100.00.I initially declined as I wasn't too fussed on my lip area and longevity of the results.He then advised he could reduce the price to only $50 instead of $100.00.I eventually accepted the offer, as he was insistent on the results being superior.I then sat in the chair, and he applied the lip filler. The numbing cream definitely worked as I felt minimal whilst he was injecting.He then went to my forehead area, and quickly injected the 100 units into forehead and between the brows.Once done, we went to reception and I made payment. They have fees for making payment via credit card, so I ended up paying $609.90, for what I was initially expecting to pay $550.00 for.Overall, I am happy with the anti-wrinkle units and their placement.If I was to get the special again, I would not opt for the more premium filler.I wasn't explained the brand that would be used, nor shown the product before placement. I am not new to injectables and I've always been told the product name before administering, so this was something I was weary of.
