Thank you Thank you thank you assef's dan & his mum were super helpful in my time of need our holiday to the gwydir caravan pack this last week gone was cancled due to a very selfish person that came from victoria. i was supposed to go to Assef's to buy my grand daugther her 1st birthday gift her very own first set of Ropers and my clutch from RM Williams I had so much help from these 2 wonderful people and my gift was saved because of the great help i recived so a big thank you to you both ❤❤❤& as you can see she loved them & has only just grown out of them & I purchased will be purchasing another set in the next day or so as she will be 3 on the 20th.

Absolute appalling customer service!!My sister and I had walked into asseffs moree there were two young teenage works at the front counter we were not greeted what so ever but instead we were both looked down on.My sister and I were browsing the shop with full intentions of buying a new mimco bag for an upcoming event we had in January.After browsing the men’s section we went on over to the ladies clothing section where we were followed by one of the rude teenage workers as if we were stealing at this point there was still no hello no asking if we needed assistance. I told my sister we’re being watched let’s go and look at these bags.We had gotten to the front counter where the mimco bags were kept I asked if I could look at a specific bag the young girl who followed us had slammed it on the front counter as I was looking at it I had the other young girl grab a cheaper bag slammed it on the counter and told me “this one’s $175” then looked at me in disgust as if I couldn’t afford it. The young girls had then spoken quite loudly and said “OHHH WE WILL HAVE TO BLOODY SECURITY TAG THESE AFTER THIS!!!”I left your shop feeling angry, disgusted and looked down on!!!! I had told the girls I will buy online where I can’t be treated like scum!!!Never will I ever shop at this store ever again!!! The lack of respect I was shown was appalling considering I spent quite a lot of money there buying Christmas presents just the week before

The front counter staff was friendly and very helpful. Section staff don't listen. I made it clear that I wanted size 10 AU sizing for my shoes but they still sold me size 10 US. I didn't have my glasses with me so I could not check for myself. Thanks for the $100 sore feet. At least the T-Shirt fits. I wont ever be back, there is too much competition in town and online.It is true that I did try the shoes on but I thought that the shoes would stretch, as they often do when I buy size 10 AU. Clearly I walked out with US sizing and therefore they were never going to fit. The owners response (below) is exactly what I expected. They blocked me from replying and also blocked me on Facebook. That's fine. I'm not done. I am a programmer, and I can make this appear everywhere. The shoes have a hole in the rear corner. One is almost perfectly round. The other is more worn.I was not placing the blame entirely on Assef's. Obviously I should have asked the friend I was with to check the shoe for me, given I was not able to read the tag. The 2 staff members could have listened properly. I asked the lady at the front counter as well as the person that served me.Locals tell me that they shop online because of the same type of frustrations.

Ever.I walked in with a very obtuse brief of “I need more clothes” and that was all that was needed to solve my problem.Andrew provided 6-star service making sure I got the correct fit and style for all my purchases.His knowledge of the immense stock range in the store (right down to the specific makeup of the fabric of the jeans!) was incredible.He insisted I try everything on to confirm fit and re-try shoes to compare sizes and similar styles for the best fit.I cannot recommend Asset’s and the service I received from Andrew highly enough.I walked out happy and satisfied a box of clothes to solve my need and keep me warm!Thank you Andrew for your expertise and attention.

Truly a treasure trove! We quickly ducked in while visiting Moree and were shocked at the size and range at Assef’s. Definitely recommend checking out the store. Staff were very attentive as well :)
