Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a special treat. We went here for lunch and it was a sensational experience. We did it as part of a wine tour with Filipos tours and had a paired wine tasting with our lunch. The quality of the food is first class. You will not get a better lunch, please visit here. The service is excellent.

What a find! The staff were so helpful and attentive, even though we were sitting outside with our dogs. Food was amazing - the rib fillet burger was the best I have ever had (and I've had quite a few). Will be back the next time I'm in Stanthorpe

Every time we visit Stanthorpe, Varias is a must and book early! Superb new menu - highly recommend the kangaroo 10/10, duck and wash down with the Banca Ridge sparkling red, and maybe take home a bottle or two. Cheers chef and college crew.

Great restaurant at the top of town with plenty of wine expertise as a backbone. Attended the restaurant on a Sunday for mother's Day to try the fixed three course menu. The food was good, if a bit expensive for what it was. The site is nice and the staff were especially helpful with the wine choices.

Best burger I’ve ever had. It was a lunch of champions. Amazing service, beautiful view and treatment like royalty. All for a very good price. 100% recommend. Great for kids and adults (wines were exquisite!!)

We ate at Varias twice during our 3 night getaway from the Gold Coast. We could be called foodies as we eat out around 100 times a year. This restaurant is extremely well presented, the food is amazing and the presentation would equal any major restaurant in Melbourne or Sydney. The food was superbly matched to local wines. We ate at Essen which was disappointing to say the least, a coffee shop compared to the quality of Varias. We will certainly recommend and will be back as soon as we possibly can HIGHLY RECOMMEND
