School has started and no books!! Cost me $782 and ordered 4 weeks ago. Appalling! This also happened last year. DO NOT USE!Tried to call but no one answered nor bothered to reply to my email. Get your act together!

Expensive and many fees are added at checkout. Given the poor usability of the website, and the unrealistic late fee conditions. I complained however they were not willing to engage in resolution.

Had to order a compulsory study guide for my year 12 student. Tried to purchase elsewhere but couldn't. It's an online resource which will be emailed to the student. Cost $33 + $24 admin fee. Disgusting.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Placed a order late into their system, very considerate about my circumstances. They explained every detail clearly, this includes, stock items fluctuating due to COVID and items coming from overseas. For future occasions when ordering, they ensured me if I order before the 24th of December I will receive my books on time. Thank you for letting me know for future ordering and I hope this helps other parents.

Such poor service! I have ordered 2021 school books before Christmas 2020. Called the store two weeks ago and was told the books would be sent last week so I could receive books this week before school starts. However it did not happen. Follow up phone call made today. Was told that the books were only sent to courier yesterday. What makes the store take so long to pack and send the books to the courier??? Staff refused to tell me the courier's name to follow up. I am not sure if my son could receive his books before school starts. Feel extremely frustrated with the service. It is shocking that staff did not feel responsible at all. No sympathy as if I was talking with an answer machine. Negative review definitely.

If you can purchase elsewhere you should a few times now we have had very delayed deliveries even though we order in December the second we are able to order we do. It doesn’t change packing or shipping times. I personally hate getting my kids books one week before they start if I’m lucky. Last year my books were “lost”. I much prefer to get the book list and do it myself then I know I have them ready to go. I can order online elsewhere and get it delivered in 4 days but through here I wait 7 weeks it’s just really not good enough.

Been waiting a month for our order, kids start school in a couple of days and have nothing to use. Have emailed and called..but you can never speak to anyone, they just have an answering machine they obviously never check. Will be doing it myself going forward!

Ordered books before the December cut off, have emailed twice, no response, left messages on their phone - no response. My children went back to school today with no books and no idea of when we will get them. Normally don’t bother with this company as they are typically useless but decided to support local business given the year we have all had. Won’t be bothering next year as they have proved they’re incompetent at providing an efficient service.

Zero customer service. Always goes to a answering machine and no one returns calls. No assistance with failure to deliver. Will source books elsewhere in future.

Terrible service and no communication. Does not reply to emails. Had to pay a late fee for ordering after the due date and my child is starting the school year without their books and stationary. Schools need to reconsider using this company. As a parent, note the stationary list and go to Big W or Officeworks. This will be the last time ordering with Lighthouse
