Great friendly staff

They were helpful from the moment we walked on to the lot but were not intrusive. We dealt with Shelley, nothing was too much trouble even our many questions and she's happy for us to ring or call in if we come across anything we dont remember how to use or that we'd like changed. Everything was handled professionally and that gave us confidence in our purchase.

Very good professional service

I had my 2009 Subaru Forester Inspected/Diagnosed for a Warranty claim. The report was the most vague report I have ever seen -- statements starting with 'Suspect leaking' etc. For the price they have charged me , neither me or the Warranty company could make any specific evaluation out of it. When questioned by my Partner, the mechanic from the Service Dept said they have to be careful on what they write as if it's not the right evaluation the cost will be on them. This just means no one inspected it properly. The leaks were ridiculously visible from underneath and this was not even checked. If they were not keen on working on it or doing an inspection, they could have just turned the request down.

Our recent experience at Mudgee Subaru was extremely positive. Shelly was awesome. So happy to help & knew every aspect about the cars we were interested in. It was our first walk in to a Subaru dealership & the experience was so good, we brought our car on the spot.
