Got a technician to come out to fix a frayed wire on my Robo Coupe, paid the call out fee expecting the wire would be fixed then and there. However as I wasn’t at the shop whoever came to pick up the unit took it back to their workshop… for a frayed wire?! Any one with minimal electrical experience should be able to fix it in 10 minutes. Went to pick up the unit in the afternoon only to be told it wasn’t fixed yet? I should of grab the unit then and there however they said they’d bring it out the next day. The unit never rocked up. As it was Friday and they don’t operate weekends, my staff had to go 4 days without our main means of food production. Super disappointing, super costly and I’d advise not use the guys for any servicing or repairs.

Rang Gecko, spoke to the owner 3 weeks ago to order parts to repair a commercial oven.The parts haven't been ordered and 8 phones calls later, Kerry, to whom I've spoken 5 times with zero returned phone calls just said, business has just been sold...I'll get to it when I get to it" and hung up the phone."
