Glee Nails Crows Nest

My first visit to this new nail salon on a Monday around midday. I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone else to finish their manicure, but Sophie had me relaxing in the massage chair. I had a gel mani & pedi and was extremely pleased with the attention to detail and quality. I would recommend Glee Nails and Sophie, and will make this my go-to nail salon!

I went by the store when it first opened and I want to support local businesses. Today I went into the store and understood they were busy initially told a pedicure was possible at 4 pm then the lady came out after me and told me to return at 5 pm as the present client wanted a manicure - no problem. I was happy with an appointment at 5 pm- I just walked back for nothing in the heat from St Leonards as appointments mean nothing as another client was there having a manicure and just at the beginning with Shellac removal. I expressed disappointment that an appointment meant nothing- I waited two hours in the area for nothing. Bad communication and the customer getting her nails done was rude I certainly did not want to be near her or waiting another 30 minutes on a Friday evening after coming back 2 hours later. Appointments and honest communication matters if you want to build a business.

I enjoyed my visit to Glee Nails. They have a busy little business. Professional, attentive and friendly. I had a pedicure and manicure and was happy with the result. I will definitely go back.

Incredible service !! Got dip nails with extensions done before I went on holiday. There was a bit of a mix up with colours (my fault) and once we realised it was swiftly fixed and turned out perfect!! Very professional and clean - nails lasted the whole 3 week holiday. Will definitely be going back !! Sophie is so lovely, amazing experience overall.
