Eric, the way and manner you spoke to me on phone today was overly rude as an Employer and am not taking it from any Employer who acts like that.. I applied for a role via SEEK and your Company, if you feel like I wasn't suited for the position and have no experience in Thermoform operation or whatever you call it, you had no right to put me down or make me feel like i wasn't any good. My resume had no experience in Thermoform at all so why did you even bother to ring me? A word of advice, if you employing people have in mind that, people will be working for you and you did be paying them and so you don't feel like some sort of favorable help you giving. I called Seek as well to let them know about your attitude on the phone.
