Sat down surrounded by rubbish and old food all over the tables and floors. The staff were swearing and being very loud. One of them dropped milk everywhere and told someone else to clean it up, you could hear all their conversations which weren't professional. Not a welcoming feeling. Only drive through for me.

This review is based on just one visit and my first for this branch during a weekend.From what I’ve observed, this branch is heavy on drive through traffic but not so much with in-store diners. The store looked clean except for one tiny spot right near a corner. The manager was quite managerial that morning. She wasn’t rude per se, I would say that she was civil, but was quite busy running that branch. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her a question regarding my Macca’s app failure to pickup my location because she did not give off that “I’m happy to help” vibe. From my limited time of observation, I think that this was just a case of one knowledgeable person managing a bunch of staff that weren’t trained to be pro-active problem solvers. This store was well staffed, but the kids were mainly doing the manual labour stuff and were waiting for orders from the manager.

Great service and very friendly. Was just a bit disappointed because I got a frozen drink, paid for large, but the cup was only 3 qauters full. This is not the first time. it could have just taken a normal size, and it would have been the same.

The food was at a moderate speed, but it was really unprofessional.There were teenagers flirting, what seems to be an 11 year old or something working the register, the icecream machine was leaking and all the workers were laughing.There were a few workers in the back working well, but majority were pretty unproffesional.

The worst McDonald’s experience ever.Ordered 4 fillet o fish meals 2 double, 2 single.They gave me 3 single 1 double.No salt on the chips . And when I took a bite of my burger, it was as dry as a nuns nasty

Having just waited at least 15minutes in the drive through today, I finally arrived at the collection window only to check my order was missing fries and sauce. The blank, unsmiling faces from the 2 teenagers serving was to say the least underwhelming. They looked at me as if I was crazy, asking for the correct order! I'm over it & never post reviews normally.I regularly have to check my order at this McDonald's due to things being missing or incorrect, or the soft drinks having run out of syrup. Do better pls!

Excellent guy who works the Coffee machine . Very professional . However let down by being given a regular bacon n egg Mc Muffin instead of the double that I ordered .
